AV Guitars was born from founder Allysha Vigneux’s desire to fuse her 10+ years of musical expertise with her equally long experience in woodworking. The catalyst for this journey was the creation of the Angela Rose guitar, which gained widespread recognition through viral videos, a provincial award, exhibitions, television appearances, and radio features.
Inspired by this success, Allysha established AV Guitars, a company dedicated to creating meaningful and long-lasting guitars.

Allysha Vigneux
FOUNDER, OWNER
Allysha is the founder of AV Guitars and holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design with a minor in Furniture Design from OCAD University. Allysha has over a decade of experience as a guitarist and has earned several honours certificates in classical guitar and music theory from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Her guitar playing has achieved a significant level of online exposure and engagement, garnering millions of views through various social media platforms. Whether she's in the woodshop or on stage, Allysha's passion for design, woodworking, and music is evident in all that she does and she hopes to continue with her journey of pushing the boundaries of what's possible in guitar design.
